You may cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment time will result in your $20 deposit being forfeited and will be charged 50% of the service. No call no shows will result in being blocked from booking and charged 50% of the service. 

A $20 deposit is required to confirm your appointment and a credit card is required to be left on file. The deposit goes towards your balance. Credit, debit, and cash are accepted. 

No extra guests including kids or pets are permitted. Please sit in waiting area and text

Please text 615-693-3811 if you are running late. Unfortunately, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited after 15 minutes unless notified otherwise.
